Commercial lending marketplace

One file. An extensive partner network.

Benchline is a marketplace for business-purpose financing. You apply once. We place the file through our extensive partner network and you choose the offer. Benchline does not fund the deal.

SBA Working capital Construction CRE ABL Equipment

Products on the marketplace

Commercial only. The right desk for the file.

Business loans

Working capital and term structures for operating companies, including ACH term and merchant cash advance when speed or deposits fit the file.

SBA

7(a), 504, and related government-backed programs packaged to participating lenders. Longer term, owner-occupied real estate, and expansion.

Lines of credit

Revolving facilities against deposits, receivables, or inventory so cash can move without a new term each time.

Construction

Ground-up and renovation facilities with draws. Commercial and multifamily — not 1–4 unit residential mortgages.

Development

Land, horizontal, and vertical development capital where the use of proceeds is business or investment purpose.

Asset-based lending

ABL against eligible receivables, inventory, and equipment. Formula-driven availability for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers.

AR financing

Invoice factoring, AR purchase, and PO financing when cash is sitting in customers, not in the account.

Equipment

Finance or lease of titled and untitled equipment, including sale-leaseback when the machine is already on the floor.

Commercial real estate

Investment and owner-occupied CRE, bridge, and refinance. Not 1–4 unit residential dwellings.

Also placed when the file fits: franchise, inventory, purchase-order, bridge, mezzanine, and USDA B&I. Not every product is live on day one — the application tells us which box to open.

Process

Complete package in. Offers out. You decide.

  1. Apply. Legal name, use of proceeds, statements, and the collateral or deposits that support the request.
  2. Screen. We match industry, size, and structure to partners who actually buy that box.
  3. Place. The file goes to the marketplace — one primary desk first, others only with your permission.
  4. Sign with the partner. Their contract. Their disclosure. Benchline is not the lender on that note.

What we will not shop

The file has to be honest.

  • Personal, family, or household use
  • Loans secured by a 1–4 unit house
  • Guaranteed approval or “same-day no review”
  • A file already stacked past what deposits can service

Ready to send a file.

One application. The marketplace does the matching. You see the offer before you sign.
